How can you have the same Vista installation in both Bootcamp and VMWare Fusion?

I was wondering how I could have the same Vista copy on both VMWare and Bootcamp as when I only need to do small things on Vista, I have to restart the Mac.

I was wanting to buy VMWare Fusion as I've heard you can do this but I'm not sure how.

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips).
